Server At 100% CPU By Simply Browsing Using Shared Folder

A IT (desktop support) found that having the little side bar open in the windows explorer that shows all the folder in one of the folder shares was causing a server to repeatedly index on an employee's computer.  This causes the server to go to 100% CPU and take very long to respond to anyone's request for documents.  By having that employee keep that section closed the CPU usage is at an average of 5% to 25%.

If anything this seems like a misconfiguration with windows.  The IT desktop support guy will be looking into how to fix that issue.

Edit: Turns out there was a misconfiguration in Windows with a Sync program.
